Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like Grand Elev8 to delete personal information we hold about you — including any information received through a connected Facebook or Instagram account — you can request this at any time.

How to request deletion

Send a message through our contact page, or email us directly, and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number you used to contact us
• If applicable, the Facebook or Instagram account you used to message us

We will confirm your request and delete the associated information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

Removing Grand Elev8's access to your Facebook/Instagram account

You can also remove any access you've granted directly from your own Facebook or Instagram settings at any time, under Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
